| We all have dogs that mean the world to us, but I have one in particular who is a dog like no other.....REBA....she is my "HEART" dog. Because of her, I have created 'PEG CITY Disc Dogz and why we have been hosting this disc dog event for 5 years now. Because of her, I have made so many new friendships that mean the world to me. Because of her, I have met new people who want to get involved with their special dogs, just as I did. Because of her, she has made me a different person on how I look at things in life. Because of her, I wanted to make a special award that outlines what she is all about. Being that I am so privileged to have a dog like her, and we have become more than a team with our special bond, I wanted to recognize other dog and handler teams who share the same bond. Because these special companions are with us for such a short time, I wanted to recognize these dogs with a special award.
